To them Stalin is a feature, not a bug.

[I believe there is more than sufficient evidence to support this hypothesis.

Do not forget that in every genocide the victims outnumber the perpetrators by at least 100:1 and that you have an inalienable right to keep and bear arms and use them in defense of innocent human life.—Joe]

  1. Wow. Just wow. But, as one commenter pointed out, because Stalin didn’t actually pull the trigger himself, “he” didn’t commit those murders. Technically. He just caused it to happen. That professor in the video is the very definition of “useful idiot.” The mind boggles.

  2. In Texas, under the Common Core curricula, they’re teaching that the American Revolution was a guerilla operation like the Cuban revolution. Same thing, in other words. They’re also re-writing the Bill of Rights, i.e. they don’t teach the original language, but give students a revised, Progressive interpretation of it.

Common Core is now the standard in the Moscow, Idaho school district.

    • Sadly, “common core” is spreading fast, and is in AY more districts than it should be. I’m puzzled why, though. It has no track record. It doesn’t seem to have a particularly august team of big names writing it. It isn’t very complete. It has some really strange holes. So, I don’t understand. There are parts that look pretty good, but those parts are nothing that hasn’t been been pretty standard in other “standards.” But things like requiring a lot of English class texts be informational rather than literature just seems utterly bizarre, unless the goal is to destroy the culture; after all, what is a culture but your common stories and myths, the ones that back your world-view and ethics from childhood on?
