Not all the media is in the tank for Obama. It’s a heck of a situation, though, when Pravda is the one hold out.

Not all the media is in the tank for Obama
[Even excluding Pravda it’s a slight exaggeration to say that all the media is in the tank for Obama. But it’s close enough to be funny.
The most interesting part of the article is that Pravda is touting the free market and criticizes Obama and the U.S. for repeating the USSR mistake of going down the Marxist path.—Joe]
Well, if anyone should know, it should be the ex soviets. They have, after all, to coin a phrase, “been there, done that, built the gulags”.
After the fall of Soviet planned-economics, they must have gotten some guys on the staff who were non
Keynesians.
Even after several otherwise liberal newspapers endorsed Romney, to the slack-jawed amazement of the NYT our local rag, Pravda-on-the-Platte, stood by their man and endorsed Obama. Interestingly they also endorsed the republican candidate for the House.
Pravda can’t help but criticize the US. That was one of its prime editorial functions for so many years, I suspect that if the US suddenly came out in favor of not eating newborn babies, Pravda would either support cannibalism or report that the US hated teenagers.
