Quote of the day—stingray68

“Guns as penises” does not just apply to you African American males. There are plenty of males from every age and ethnic group, who see firearms the same way. That’s the biggest factor in gun violence—insecure, inadequate males who try to compensate for their lack of manhood with firearms.

  1. Markley’s Law aside, it seems obvious enough to me that polite people don’t refer to the size of others’ penises, except maybe at a urologist’s convention, and even then, such talk would be very restricted. This RUBE-rick needs putting down, and the best way to do it is by informing the rubes that when THEY talk of penises, one has to believe that THEY are talking about their own short-comings (yes, the hidden pun is a bennie there).

  2. Rivrdog; Well that’s just it, isn’t it? We’re not talking about polite people.

Polite people don’t inpugn their neighbors for exercising their human rights, and they certainly do not seek to use the coercive power of government to make them stop. Polite people advocate liberty, justice, respect and tolerance.

What we see in the quote is the opposite of all those things.

  3. Why are the anti-gun dimwits so obsessed with the “gun-as-penis” idea? could it have something to do with their inadequate equipment?

Yes, it has everything to do with their inadequate equipment. They are compensating for an inability to think. Because they cannot face logic, facts, and the responsibility that comes from liberty, they seek to belittle those who can do.
