Damning evidence

David Hardy has the story on virulently anti-gun lawyer, Dennis Burke, who has been working on anti-gun projects since at least 1989. He was a driving force behind the “assault weapon” ban of 1994. Operation Fast and Furious was secretly launched just one month after his appointment as U.S. attorney was confirmed by the U.S. Senate.

Burke predicted, “It’s going to bring a lot of attention to straw purchasers of assault weapons. Some of these weapons bought by these clowns in Arizona have been directly traced to murders of elected officials in Mexico by the cartels, so Katie-bar-the-door when we unveil this baby.”

I say we should try him for treason and every single illegal gun purchase. When we are done with him extradite him to Mexico and let them try him for all the violations of Mexico laws he is implicated in.

  1. Think that he and every other approver of this “operation” (propaganda ploy) should be charged as an accessory to the murder of the border agent and anyone else killed with these weapons.

This fellow is like a DEA agent that would use a pharmacy to prove the need to stop the illegal drug trade and is then shocked when full dose narcotics start killing people.

Treason? I suppose, but enabling crime is easier to prosecute I think.

  2. Maybe someone should reenact the traintrack scene in The Lords of Discipline on Dennis Burke. 🙂

  3. The only way to ensure true accountability would be to develop a non-zombie method of reanimation. That way he could be put to death for every death he caused. Too bad he can only be executed once. Instead, his American sentences should be commuted/suspended and turned over ASAP to the Mexicans.

  4. Treason is not the appropriate charge. The appropriate law is Title 18, U.S.C., Section 242, “Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law” http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/investigate/civilrights/federal-statutes

Please note that while the penalty is 10 years, it is a capital crime if someone dies as a result of the conspiracy against their rights. The border agents killed were also victims of the conspiracy against their rights, thus it is a capital crime.
