Quote of the day—Charles Heller

Follow their criminal and bloody escapades from the Ken Ballew raid debacle in 1971, to the deceit that triggered the Randy Weaver travesty in Idaho, to the incitement of violence in the horror at Waco,Texas, to the despicable acts in the John Lawmaster Raid.

The ATF, and later the BATFE, has now distinguished itself as the least disciplined, least accomplished, least effective, and most unethical “law enforcement” agency in U.S. law enforcement history.

  1. As a relic of the Prohibition era, created out of nowhere by FDR ostensibly to “collect taxes” for the Treasury Department (tax collectors with guns now morphed into a federal police force) this boil on America’s ass needs to be lanced. It’s time for the BATFE to be disbanded and a very good riddance it will be when it finally happens. Their assets can be sold at auction to help with the deficit and to pay recompense to some of their victims.

At best they’ve been nothing but a petty annoyance. Killing people, ruining lives, threatening people, being an intentional thorn in our sides and using shameless deception to do it are all that much worse. The case can be made that their only purpose from the beginning has been to stomp upon the rights and freedom that Americans hold dear – a middle finger held in the face of the Bill of Rights.

We should however hold no grudge against those working at BATFE, if they do the right thing and get out quickly. The rest of them I expect are going to go berserk and get even more dangerous as they begin to comprehend the writing on the wall.

  2. It needs to be reinforced that, because the BATFE-I-E-I-O is fundamentally unconstitutional, it is lawless, and therefor systemically corrupt. No amount of REform can correct that, since it should never have been FORMED in the first place, and it can never be fixed, because the foundational concept of it is broken.
