What Ohio wants to do is totally different from what we’re seeing elsewhere. It definitely goes a lot further than other states. I would say it goes further also by including sports stadiums, which is a very radical idea.

Ohio Set to Allow Concealed Guns in Bars, Restaurants
[It’s only “radical” if they don’t look past the end of their noses. Idaho, and I believe Washington, have not had any laws against it for decades and perhaps “forever”. There isn’t a problem with it. It’s time to stop discriminating against people exercising their specific enumerated right to keep and bear arms.

In Pennsylvania, a person with a License To Carry Firearms could go to a stadium, get blasted drunk, and his only issue is that he would have to get a designated driver because drunk driving is illegal.
But you know, Pennsylvanians are well known for getting liquored up and shooting up baseball games. Err, well, no, I guess they aren’t, are they.
Yep – as a resident of Pittsburgh, PA, I went to watch the Pirates beat the Red Sox at the local ball park. Carried my handgun and 26 rounds, along with two knives, and had no problems. The stadium is “posted” but the most they could do is tell you to leave it in the car… I didn’t buy a beer, but only because they wanted $7 for one!
During the NRA convention here, I attended a party thrown by Crimson Trace at a sports bar and had a beer or two – all while carrying.
PA may have a few stupid gun laws (mostly around hunting) but they’re one of the better states overall!
Making up stuff … that’s what Brady/VPC do.
I’ve carried into stadiums in PA without a single problem. I’ve carried into bars in PA, sat at the bar and ordered drinks for other without a problem. As usual it’s just baseless fearmongering from the anti’s.
