Seems he got drunk and took someone else’s vehicle out for a joyride, “looking for The Promised Land”. That would be an unsuccessful joyride, I’d expect. I guess if he’d driven his own vehicle into, say, a river and killed his date, he’d be OK. As it is, he’ll probably be fired. I wonder if he keeps his pension after this.

Mickey or no mickey, you don’t go around yampin’ vehicles. Dunno; you’d have to be amazingly out-of-it anyway, unless you already had the hankerin’ in the first place. In light of alphamike’s comment, I’m not sure I’d want him in office anyway.

Still Curt is right, such concessions only go to Democrats because as they say, they are the party of immorality.
I guess his problem is he went freelance. Politicians can steal hundreds of billions in their rolls as politicians. It’s all generally accepted and sometimes praised. Steal a $20K vehicle and all of a sudden it’s a crime. I can see where he may have been confused while he was drunk. This should be his defense.
