Quote of the day–rectifier

There’s a legal and very practical way to deal with open carry gun advocates that will get rid of some bad genes in CA. Tell the open carry gun advocates you dare them to come to your house with their guns. If they are stupid enough to come into your house with their guns get your loaded gun out and blow them away. Not a court in CA will convict you of any crime. This falls under the use of force (lethal) laws in CA. Whether the gun carrier guns are loaded or not you cannot tell and you have the lethal legal right to protect yourself here. This would be a good way to get rid of these mentally challenged people and will contribute to making the gene pool better in CA. Most of these gun carry advocates are already pretty close to getting a 1st place Darwin award. Help make sure that they do get it.

  1. Once it comes out during the trial that you dared them to come to your house, doesn’t that negate the self-defense defense since now you are “lying in wait.” I believe the law refers to that as pre-meditated murder. And then colluding with others to do this might get you (and your friends) a charge of “conspiracy to commit murder.”

Of course this is predicated on someone who open carries being stupid enough to go to a stranger’s house with his gun on a dare. You have better luck being protected by the TSA from “federal agents” with prisoners.

  2. It isn’t often that a leftist so blatantly shows its true colors. Thanks for pointing out this rare look into the actual mind of a leftist.

Lets get this straight; the anti rights Left has been saying for decades that 2A advocates are bloodthirsty, killer-wannabes, gun are only for killing people, etc., etc., so in response to that belief they advocate getting guns and conspiring to perform what would amount to a social cleansing. And they call us paranoid, all the while demanding “tolerance”.

  3. Reputo, I was thinking precisely the same thing. By openly inviting an open carrier into your home (and openly advocating such an act which would bring the conspiracy component) then opening fire on said individual might open you up to first degree murder charges, possibly with special circumstances in that you used a gun in the commission of a felony and conspired with others to do the same.

Of course given how long it takes to complete a sentence of such mangnatude in California, they could conceivably out live some of us in the pro-freedom movement.

Ain’t it amazing that those who profess to be ‘non-violent’ tend to project their most violent fantasies onto folks who tend to be non violent by their very nature?

  4. I swear, Joe, you manage to find the scummiest of scum to highlight… and more power to you for doing so, as it only further and completely exposes the hypocrisy and bigotry of those who would ascribe to such beliefs and hold them dear, but, Dear Lord, people like that give me chills. Not to Godwin myself, but that is the kind of blind, murderous, hatred that I would expect to see out of a Nazi conspiring to exterminate a “lesser race”, not a fellow American citizen plotting to murder someone, in cold blood, with malice aforethought, simply for exercising their rights.

    Just. Plain. Scary.

At least it gave me blogfodder for later today, though… I suppose I should be thankful for that.

  5. Oh, and just so you know, the comment was pulled from the site… Violation of user agreements and all that.

  6. I have to put a little work into it but I figure it is worth it to bring them to light. It’s a good example to use when people say, “No one is trying to take your guns…” and you can counter with, “Not only do they want to take my guns they want me dead…”

  7. Man, that is so second grade. The guy needs to double dog dare me to get me to come to his house. Not.

It is indeed frightening how the left seems to be more about violence in the furtherance of their aims than the right. Not quite sure what to think about that.

  8. Wow. That guy needs some time at a hospital, and some professional help. “Progressive.” *spit*

  9. As I keep highlighting, this steps from an inability to understand the typical armed citizen. I won’t speak for everyone but I do not feel the need to stand up to his double-dog dare to prove I’m a man, etc. However, they think that is the heart of it. We carry to push our own inflated ego’s. I carry to defend myself from harm and hope I never use it. Going to an anti’s house on a dare runs counter to that motivator.
