  1. Thanks as always for your blog Joe, but I don’t understand what you mean by “Incorporation”. My background is in tax law so becoming a corporation means something different to me and I am sure this is a legal term. (dammit Jim, I am a tax accountant, not a legal professor!) Please explain.

  2. The Second Amendment has not been declared by the courts to apply to the states and their laws. If it becomes incorporated it will apply. See here for details.

  3. Meaning anyone can now legally infringe upon, injure, or obliterate, your constitutionally enumerated rights except the feds, who naturally have a deep, committed and undying respect for them.
