Obviously, “we” need “reasonable swing controls”. Too many children have fallen prey to the powerful swing lobby and their ilk. It’s time the swing manufacturers and their apologists in the NSA (National Swing Association) are forced to pay for the costs of swing-related accidents. This madness has gone on long enough.
