Heh. That’s what my daughter went as this Halloween. Sans lip jewelry, but same outfit and all.
The “lip jewelry” (I call it “a hole someone punched in her face”) is out of my domain of control or she wouldn’t have been wearing it. She is 19 years old now. [heavy sigh]
My daughter had her hair streaked with bright pink for her birthday. Her 5th birthday.
I’m hoping I can quell any crazy stuff when she’s older by pointing to pictures telling her “Yeah, but you were doing this kind of stuff when you were 5. Aren’t you a bit old for it now?”
Then again, at 15 I got an earring specifically because it irritated my dad. Now I’m in my mid-thirties and… well, I still have the earring.
