Quote of the day–Catherine Mayo

The folksongs of the 1960s will never be written again because of President George Bush. He has hampered the liberties of my country in the name of September 11. Songs now can only talk of patriotism, they cannot mention peace.

  1. Looks to me like she just wrote something. It just needs to be put to music. But then I suppose the Republican censors would go after her in the dark of night, wearing their Ninja suits. Maybe she ate just a little too much acid.

There is a huge population that lives to relive the ’60s. I don’t remember the ’60s being all that great. Maybe I didn’t eat enough acid.
