What about the person who mined the steel, sold the fuel for the furnaces, or the people who built the machine tools that were sold to the gun makers, or those who built the power plant that provided the electricity to the factories? How about the lead miners, and the copper miners? Actually I expect most of them are in fact perfectly responsible individualls.
